Pricing questions.

What is a credit?
A credit is how we meter model and tool usage. One credit equals roughly $0.01 of model spend. Heavier reasoning (Opus) burns credits faster; fast models (Haiku, Gemini Flash) burn them slower. Every plan ships with a monthly credit budget that covers all model usage.
What happens if we run out mid-month?
Two options. Auto-overage keeps you running, billed at your plan’s per-credit rate ($0.016 Individual, $0.010 Teams, $0.008 Enterprise). Or pause until the next cycle. You pick the policy.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
Can we switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades start immediately and prorate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Save 15% on Individual and Teams with annual billing. Enterprise annual terms are negotiated.
How is Enterprise different from Teams?
Unlimited users, unlimited integrations, on-prem or VPC deployment, your own identity provider, a 99.9% SLA, dedicated onboarding, and a negotiated credit budget and overage rate.
