Getting Started

Adomo Meet is connected from the Integrations page inside Adomo, not installed from the Zoom App Marketplace. Get set up in minutes.

Connecting Zoom from Adomo

1 In Adomo, open Integrations and connect Zoom. Authorizing it for a whole Zoom account needs a Zoom admin.
2 Each person links their own Zoom identity from their Adomo profile. This grants identity access only: name and email, not meeting content.
3 Connect any business systems you want the meeting agent to use from the same Integrations page.
4 Join a call, open Apps → Adomo, and say its name.

Using the Zoom App

Enabling Apps in a Call

1 Join or start a Zoom meeting as you normally would.
2 In the meeting toolbar at the bottom of your screen, click the Apps button.
3 If you don't see the Apps button, click More (...) in the toolbar and select Apps.
4 Find Adomo in the Apps panel and click to open it.
5 The app launches in the Zoom side panel on the right side of your meeting window.

If you don't see Adomo Meet listed, confirm Zoom is connected in Adomo Integrations and that your Zoom administrator has enabled third-party apps for your account.

Using the Side Panel

The app automatically begins working within the context of your active meeting.

Resize the side panel by dragging its left edge to your preferred width.

Close the panel with the X button. Your session stays active in the background.

Reopen by clicking Apps again and selecting Adomo Meet.

Post-Meeting Access

After a meeting ends, sign in to your Adomo Meet account at adomo.ai and navigate to your meetings dashboard. Meeting data is available based on your account settings and data retention preferences.

Zoom Permissions

Permissions Overview

When you connect Zoom from Adomo, you grant the app specific permissions through Zoom's OAuth authorization:

Access your basic profile information (name, email)

View meeting metadata (titles, times, participants)

Access meeting content as authorized by your Zoom account settings

Unlinking Zoom Permissions

This action is irreversible

Unlinking Adomo Meet from your Zoom account will immediately and permanently revoke our ability to access any data from your Zoom account. We will no longer be able to provide meeting insights, transcription, or any features that depend on your Zoom data. To restore access, connect Zoom again from Adomo Integrations and reauthorize it.

Zoom is connected from Adomo, so that is where it is disconnected:

1 In Adomo, open Integrations.
2 Find Zoom and disconnect it. Live sessions end immediately.

You can also revoke it from the Zoom side, in Zoom's own authorized-app settings. Either route revokes access and triggers deletion of the Zoom-derived data we hold, within Zoom's ten-day window, with confirmation posted back to Zoom.

After unlinking:

• Adomo Meet will immediately lose access to your Zoom account and meeting data.
• Previously collected data will be handled per our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
• Your Adomo Meet account will remain active, but Zoom-dependent features will stop working.
• To reconnect, connect Zoom again from Adomo Integrations and re-authorize all permissions.

Google Integration

Adomo Meet supports integration with Google services to enhance your workflow. Connect Google from Adomo Integrations after Zoom is connected.

Connecting Your Google Account

1 In Adomo, open Integrations and connect Google.
2 Click Connect Google to open the Google OAuth consent screen.
3 Review and accept all requested permissions for the integration to work.
4 Click Allow to grant Adomo Meet access.

View your basic profile info

Make sure you trust Adomo Meet. You may be sharing sensitive info with this app. You can revoke access at myaccount.google.com.

Cancel Allow

If you decline any permissions or click Cancel, the Google integration will not be enabled. You can retry at any time from your Adomo Meet account settings.

Sync meeting schedules and provide contextual insights for upcoming meetings.

Generate and update presentation decks from meeting content and insights.

Google Docs

Create and manage meeting notes, summaries, and documentation automatically.

Google Drive

Store and organize meeting artifacts, recordings, and generated documents.

Profile info

Identify your account and match it with your Adomo Meet profile.

Revoking Google Access

1 Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
2 Find Adomo Meet and click Remove Access.
3 Confirm the removal. You can also disconnect from your Adomo Meet account settings.
